The Land Registration Act 2002 requires that all new leases or those existing leases that are sold with 7 years or more that is unexpired, must be deposited with the Land Registry and accompanied by a compliant lease plan.

That’s what we do. We survey your building and take care in producing your Lease plan – all are created in accordance with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) code of measuring conduct.
